Introduction:

The Famous App (“App”) is a mobile application that allows users to collect and store photos and autographs from famous people and celebrities. The App is owned and operated by Graviton doo, and these Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the App. By downloading and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

General Terms:

 

License to Use the App: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Graviton doo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the App for any commercial purpose, or in any manner that infringes the rights of Graviton doo or any third party.

 

User Content: The App allows users to create, upload, and store images of autographs and other content (“User Content”). You retain all rights in and to your User Content. By uploading User Content to the App, you grant Graviton doo a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the App.

 

User Conduct: You agree that you will not use the App to engage in any illegal or harmful activity, or to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any User Content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive. You may not engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App, or that could interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the App.

 

User Accounts: To use the App, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Graviton doo of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

Modifications to the App: Graviton doo reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time, without notice to you. Graviton doo will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

 

Termination of Service: Graviton doo may terminate or suspend your use of the App at any time, for any reason, without notice to you. Upon termination, your license to use the App will automatically terminate, and you will no longer be authorized to access or use the App.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties: THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. GRAVITON DOO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GRAVITON DOO MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

 

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances will Famous be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use of the app.

 

Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Famous, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from the user’s use of the app or violation of these terms.

 

Changes to Terms of Service: Famous reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and without notice. Continued use of the app after any changes to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of those changes.

 

Governing Law:

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Famous is located.

 

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the Famous app shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

 

By using the Famous app, users agree to be bound by these terms and the privacy policy posted on the Famous website. If a user does not agree to these terms, they should not use the app.
